These days, it seems like everyone is overstimulated, and it can be very difficult for students to just relax and breathe.
When I think of how I want my classroom environment to be, the words that come to mind are calming and peaceful - and these plants and lights can ensure that it will be that kind of place!
Without peace there is no learning, and learning is what they are in my room to do. I want them to walk in there and just breathe in the calm that these lights and plants will provide!
