This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me give my students a clean comfy rug to create a cozy classroom environment. These items will help create my class into a welcoming learning environment and will also give the students an opportunity to have a calming area to destress and relax. These furniture items will create an area where students can go when they feel overwhelmed.
Students need to know that their feelings are valued and important.
Having this calming area will ensure that my students have all the tools they need to be successful in my classroom.
