This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Sometimes my students become agitated during the instructional day. It would be nice for them to have a place in the classroom to calm and relax. All of these materials in this DonorsChoose project would be used to help my students reflect on their actions and prepare them for the activities for the rest of the day. Having a place to calm down is very important to me and my students. I can't wait for them to use the materials in this project because it will give them space in the classroom to settle down, reflect, calm down and return to the classroom community ready to move on from their previous happenings.
