Help me give my students bean bag chairs, small area rugs, floor cushions, and clipboards to create a calming and comfortable area in my classroom where my students can go to decompress.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A calming area is essential in a classroom. It allows students to calm down, relax, and prepare their minds for learning. Please help me create a calming area in my classroom by providing me with bean bags, small area rugs, and cushions that will create a comfortable space for students to relieve their minds of any stressful situations they might be facing. In addition, I would like to have a set of clipboards that students can utilize in the calming area while creating projects that help them express their feelings.
