Please help me create a calming area in my classroom. My students need a place to relax. My 4th graders move from class to class on a secondary schedule and sometimes it is overwhelming. Many of them also ride the school bus each day, sometimes for up tp 2 hours each way.
I'd like to create a camling space for them to unwind.
Students that are relaxed have an easier time learning. I want my classroom to be as welcoming as possible and have a sense of home and belonging.
