Help me give my students the following resources: a Roomba for our calming area and meditation/relaxation tools that will help them to unwind and start the day.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We live in a very stressful time but with your help, I can facilitate an environment that allows my students to find their zen. A calming area within the classroom is just what is needed. A Roomba can certainly keep our Calming Area clean as my students prepare to meet the needs for their SEL time.
The tools that I am requesting will certainly meet the needs of my students during social-emotional learning time.
Meditation/relaxation tools will also assist in achieving levels of total relaxation. Stress balls, cubes, Baoding balls, a foot massager, a back massager, stretchy toys, games for meditation and relaxation, and fidget spinners will certainly help my students start their day on a positive note.
