My Project
Our early childhood special education classrooms are fun, active, high-energy rooms in which children have their first experience in a classroom. We are working on developing social emotional, cognitive, communication, and motor skills throughout our day.
Our classrooms are full of our district's littlest learners, and creating individual spaces for group learning will assist in emotionally regulating our early childhood special education students so they can better focus and engage in group learning activities.
The cube chairs will be used to give students a defined space during group learning activities. These materials will allow students to increase their ability to attend to group learning activities as well as support learning in the areas of social-emotional skills, communication, and cognitive development within our Early Childhood Special Education preschool classroom.
