My Project

We are preparing a space to celebrate scholars who are soaring as well as to support scholars have social, emotional, and behavioral needs. We will offer a calming retreat to learn, grow, reset, and support scholars at different points during the day. We are requesting timers, posters and more,

Scholars will be able to discuss their feelings, celebrate their wins, and demonstrate their leadership skills.

Maintaining a positive learning environment is our goal and we plan to achieve this with a proactive approach and a supportive stance as we guide students through learning more about themselves, others, as well as their social interactions with peers and adults. We strive to create and maintain a culture of kindness among our scholars. Our Wellness Team, together with your support, will open the doors to this semester. This will be the first phase of planning for this space, focusing on environment and social emotional learning resources to include, but not limited to, individual and group support sessions.
