My Project

As a campus behavior coach I meet with a lot of students with varying needs. I would like to create a space in my classroom that these students can utilize to help de-escalate or gain control of their emotions as well as provide them rewards to help improve their behavior inside and outside of the classroom.

Creating a safe place for students and providing them the tools to be successful will help them grow academically and close gaps that they may have in the classroom.

Students will use the tools in my room daily as a reward or as a built in break when they become emotionally unregulated.

These tools and resources benefit my students because I serve such a large student base. My students are special because they are truly some of the coolest kids I know.
