This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Brain breaks are crucial to student learning. When students work hard and focus for long periods of time, they need to be able to slow down and reconnect with themselves and others. One way to do this is with board games and riddles. I would love to provide my students with one of the most popular and mentally stimulating games to connect.
These games are challenging and calming for the students.
They will be available during our brain breaks and for downtime after major assessments. Games like these allow students to be silly, calm, and creative, all of which help them balance a challenging workday.
