My Project

Students come into my classroom with many different needs. While some students struggle academically, others struggle behaviorally. They need extra movement during lessons to help release extra energy.

With these sensory items, students will be able to receive the support they need to remain focused and self-regulate.

These tools will be used by many different students throughout the day. Some students may need to wear a sensory band or ring during lessons. The bands and rings allow them to move quietly in their space without distracting others. While others may need breaks at their desk during independent or group activities. While these may look like toys, they are essential for students needing a sensory outlet throughout the day.
