This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are requesting fidget toys to put in the calm corner and activities for our center time. A calm corner is so essential, especially for TK students. I want my students to feel safe and have a safe place to feel their emotions. I also want magnetic letters and a counting caddie for my students to be able to learn during our center time since I am not sure what all will be provided in my classroom yet.

My goal is to give my students a safe space and materials to strengthen their literacy skills!!
