My Project
Calming tools can be incredibly supportive in an active classroom by providing students with a way to manage stress, anxiety, or overwhelming emotions, especially in high-energy environments. Tools like fidget spinners, stress balls, or breathing exercises help students regulate their emotions and focus better during lessons.
When students have access to calming techniques, they’re more likely to stay engaged, maintain self-control, and participate more effectively in class activities.
These tools create a supportive space where students can reset their emotional state, which enhances their overall learning experience and improves their ability to stay on task.
