My Project
I am requesting noise canceling headphones to help students reduce sensory overload related to noise. Many of our students become overwhelmed with noise in the classroom as well as during lunch, recess and gym.
Noise canceling headphones with help meet the sensory needs of these students by reducing the noise level they are experiencing without completely blocking out the noise altogether.
Students will still be able to hear their teacher without feeling overwhelmed by other various noises.
I have also requested velcro dots and laminating sheets to help create counseling resources for the students I work with. I appreciate your time and consideration of this project and hope I will be able to provide these resources to my students!
