This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom in filled with energy, diverse and curious learners. I would love to provide my students with a space that is calm, inviting, warm to help them navigate different emotions and feelings. Many of my students have sensory issues and need a calm inviting environment so they can thrive and self-regulate.

I want to create a classroom environment where my students can feel safe, and happy.

I would like to purchase calm classroom décor that encourage students to take a break, self reflect, and do their best. I would purchase new bulletin boarders, natural material to create a mellow space for them.
