Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project is to give my class a calendar that is interactive, sturdy to use over and over again, and helps with visual issues. Calendars helping with teaching numbers, months of the year, days of the week, seasons, and to bring the class together for while group learning time. The wooden calendar is a must in a Montessori classroom making it simple and inviting to spark interest in learning. The calendar is interactive and will help student stay engaged with having the students put the numbers, days of the week and season on it.
