My Project
My students are studying linear relationships, including angles, ratios and fractions, and having access to calculators helps them focus on the fundamental learning as well as to check their work. Many of them don't own their own calculator and we are working hard to keep cell phones out of the classroom so we don't want them using the calculator function on cell phones.
I would love to have a set of calculators that stay in the classroom for the kids to share during classwork.
Calculators will help kids avoid spending valuable class time getting tripped up and distracted doing calculations by hand. Some of my students also have learning disabilities that require access to calculators to support their in class productivity.
