Help me give my students scientific calculators. Most of my students' families having low incomes buying scientific calculators adds another stress to their families.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I love my students desire to persevere through life's adversities. Most of my students live in low socio-economic environments (approximately 90% are on free or reduced lunch) with multiple siblings and single-parent household. Some older siblings are responsible for looking after their younger siblings while their parent(s) are at work. They also over come many difficulties of socio-emotional hardships. Several students do not have access to technology or internet outside of the school environment. I love how they stay positive despite their hardships.
My Project
Many students do not have access to a reliable scientific calculator.
Having the necessary supplies to succeed in school should not be a barrier for them.
My project is to give the students in my middle school math class TI-30XIIS calculators to use to overcome their daily struggle.
They are many different functions on a calculator that my students do not know how to use. I teach them how to enter fractions, logarithms, and quadratics functions in class, but they need to be able to practice with the same calculator outside of class to ensure they are successful.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
