My Students
There are 5 P's to success. Proper preparation prevents poor performance. We are living in a generation that is advancing and making great strides in education.
I currently teach a group of unique scholars in a low income neighborhood where experiences are limited.
They face many challenges daily. Many are being raised in single family homes and receive a free lunch based on their socioeconomic status. Each one has great potential, but they lack the necessary resources to achieve at their highest level.
My Project
These resources will not only engage my scholars, but they will also help stimulate their creativity through hands on interactive learning opportunities. These materials will serve as tools to help my students grasp key concepts that are critical for their growth and development.
The Lakeshore learning games and materials will allow me the opportunity to provide an assortment of Center activities that are attractive, engaging and meaningful to scholars.
Today’s scholars need hands on materials that are fun, exciting and standards based at the same time.
