My first grade students would love a comfortable, spacious area to utilize throughout the day. Each year I invite them to our invisible carpet but this year we would love to have an actual visible carpet!
We begin each day, and every lesson throughout the day, in our meeting area.
I would love to have a welcoming and fun, large carpet for each child to comfortably sit on. This carpet can also provide another seating option for the various centers/group activities they engage in. It would be very beneficial during math and reading periods as it could provide a flexible seating option for my students that have difficulty sitting at a table.
