My Project

Our students are amazing little people, and we are looking forward to an exciting year at our new building. To kick off the new year, we would like to make buttons for every single student with their name on it so that they are able to be recognized and acknowledged by every staff member.

We, as teachers, want to make every child feel special by letting them know we know who they are.

They say words have meaning but names have power. We should know all the NAMES of every student. It gives them a sense of belonging and pride.

Knowing all the students by their name is a goal that our staff would like to achieve for the upcoming school year and this project will give our building a button maker and supplies to make a name button for every student to wear proud. I've also included a small laminator and laminating sheets for those laminating projects that are always in need.
