Busy Butterflies, Bees & Birds

Help me give my students birdbaths, solar powered fountains and flower seeds to provide for the butterflies, bees and birds in the garden.

My Project

Our butterfly garden is coming along, and adding these two birdbaths with solar powered fountains will give the butterflies, bees and birds somewhere to take a break and get a drink of water. The river rocks will be hot glued to the inside of the birdbath to give the butterflies and bees somewhere to land without drowning.

Butterflies, bees and birds are the visitors to the garden that pollinate our plants as well as brings beauty and tranquility when you stop to watch them.

We have already released about 10 monarch butterflies, and we hope to release many more in the coming months. Planting more flowers will give the bees and butterflies food and make it pretty for everyone on campus when they walk by.
