My students need this Busy Body bundle in our classroom, which includes a therapy swing, Radio Flyer Cyclone and weights to help get our wiggles out so we can learn!

My students all have special needs in a small, low income, community.
We have high poverty in our school, so our teachers go above and beyond to provide opportunities for our students. Because of this, our students are kind and very appreciative of our efforts.
My Project
The USDA recommends that children of all ages get at least 60 minutes of physical activity on most days. The Radio Flyer Cyclone and Sit ‘n Spin are fun ways to strengthen upper body, balance, and coordination. After physical activity my students need a way to calm their bodies and minds. Using a Therapy Swing and weights will provide necessary pressure and movement to calm my profound needs students. Then we can get down to using all of our muscles to learning!
We have a small community with lovable children and big hearts.
My children have significant needs for support with their educational and physical requirements. This project will change the lives of my students by improving both their gross and fine motor skills, as well as their emotional well-being, in a fun and functional way.
