My Project

Working with students with a variety of needs in a middle school setting can sometimes have its challenges. Students are finding what works best for them as learners and because I have a small setting classroom, I have more flexibility to provide that for them.

Students need to be able to find success and with their own created space that includes wobble chairs, fidgets and books they can find the joy in reading and learning real life math while still being able to be active!

With the first weeks of school underway, I have worked with my students to find out what they are needing/wanting to make them more successful. They have designed a space and hope that with these materials, their area can become a reality.
