This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The weather here is so cold and often times our kindergarten students are stuck inside when it rains and snows. Our school is unfortunately underfunded and often times teachers themselves have to supply the students with indoor recess out of their own pockets.

With these indoor supplies like uno cards and connect four as well as tic tac toe games we will be able to have a more hands on recess learning experience instead of watching movies on the screen.

The goal is to have the students enjoy indoor recess just as much as they enjoy outdoor recess.
