This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This desktop computer will help our students to be exposed to technology. It will allow them to have a technology center in the classroom where students will be able to go during small group rotations. We were unfortunate to have our previous desktop stolen during a burglary that happened at our school. Our students haven't been able to have a computer in the classroom since May 7th and that has really impacted our students learning.
Most of our students don't have the resource to have a computer at home and having one in the classroom will allow them to be exposed to technology.
