Babes with big bruises

Kids whose cut oozes

Trips, bumps, thumps, and spills

Playing outside is a daily thrill

A visit to the nurse is nice

She hands me a bag filled with ice

But the office is just too far away

From our playground, where I’d rather stay

Our First aid kit supplies are running low

Gloves, bandaids, cold packs, you know
