This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Within the four walls of my classroom, my students have traveled to different climate zones, to space, and to the times when dinosaurs roamed the Earth! Stemming from all kinds of backgrounds, my students are eager to learn hands on with technology.

Each year, as a teacher, I get to watch my students grow as individuals and as students, and it is always so exciting to see them apply their knowledge hands on.

We hope to get our project funded to to get new technology in the classroom in order to do this!

My Project

As technology continues pave its way into our classrooms, my students are eager to begin more hands on learning with tablets. Instead of denying technology, us Bumblebee's want to tackle it head on.

As we continue to learn about different branches of science, we aspire to use these tablets incorporate both in our daily classroom lives.

These tablets will give us access to the internet, different applications, like Quizlet and Brainpop, and the camera, which we can use to film presentations and document our laboratory observations.

Getting our project funded means, means new technology and learning beyond the walls of our classroom.
