Building While Safe and Distanced

Help me give my students opportunities to build and create while they have to be socially distanced due to COVID.

My Students

Typically, my students walk into our classroom every day, full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. Many are full of energy and need movement throughout the day. Each student has their own learning needs, and we work hard to meet all of these individual needs. My students come to school ready to learn and love to interact with each other to share their learning. My students love to challenge each other and themselves daily while working together to build each other up!

However, this year, COVID19 has necessitated the need for individual activities for them to participate in.

My students have found a love for building and creating Snap Circuit projects, but sadly, I do not have enough sets for each child to get one.

My Project

My students have to work individually to remain socially distanced. They have developed a LOVE of building with Snap Circuits and sharing them with others.

Our classroom needs more sets so that I can allow my larger group of students to participate while socially distanced.

Only one kit per child is allowed, and with additional kits they will be able to create and share what they have done by showing others. I would much rather my students be building and creating when they can't be outside getting fresh air. I love the excitement of my students on rainy days, because they love to explore and build.
