Kindergarten is a year of growth. Students are learning new vocabulary, and building on their comprehension skills.
Kindergartners make a great deal of growth during this year in school and so much is learned through listening to stories.
Books are engaging and educational if chosen correctly. I am asking for books that go along with our curriculum and will enhance the learning in my classroom. I want books that are engaging and help my students to build on their reading comprehension. I also want to foster my students' desire to read. By reading an array of different books I am bound to find one that they absolutely love and remember forever.
