Help me give my students the tools they need to be successful this year! Your assistance will provide a class set of books for each grade level and basic tools for success in the classroom.
I am requesting assistance getting a class set of books for my ninth graders and seniors. Having a book in hand is of high value for student success. My students also require new whiteboard markers because many of the ones we have are dried out. Having whiteboard markers allows students to participate in various ways that enhance learning actively. Additionally, I am asking for pencils and notebooks because many of my students come from homes that cannot afford to supply their children with all the materials they need for each class because of finances or because they are refugees. Pencils and Notebooks will allow my students to take class notes and write essays.
My goal in creating this project is to increase accessibility to learning for my students.
In receiving these materials, these students will be able to participate better in class and demonstrate their learning more authentically.
My students are very bright and eager to learn. However, many of them do not have their own materials and must borrow them every day. Many of them are avid readers and are hoping to challenge themselves this year. Your assistance will assist my students in achieving the goals they set for themselves this year.
