Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This is my 1st year as an art teacher, starting from scratch; access to basic quality materials will enable growth, healing, and inspiration.
North Minneapolis needs a bright light, art has the power to heal and generate inspiration.
My goal is to create a safe inviting space for my students to create, an outlet, and a place to belong. My mission is to bring a formal art education with a modern student interest-geared curriculum.
I am beyond honored to share my love for painting and art with my students at LCL!! Thank you for your help!
