Every student that enters my classroom is going to have an unforgettable experience. Kindergarten is an exciting time as children begin a new adventure in the world of learning. Students have opportunities to be engaged in their own learning. I believe that it is my responsibility to create an environment where every student is successful and an active participant in his or her own learning. I need your help in order to provide an individual experience for each student.

My Project
Kindergarten students are uniquely inquisitive and are constantly looking to gain new experiences. Students are working at many different levels and it is hard to meet the needs of every child. It is my belief that educational tablets will supplement my teaching and help students grasp the content being taught.
I would like to introduce my students to the 21st Century classroom, by engaging students with targeted technological experience.
Sadly, I only have 4 tablets in my classroom, which are specifically utilized in reading groups. Students are able to work with words, listen to reading, and play interactive educational games. I use technology in my classroom to provide differentiated activities, which enables students to feel success at every ability level. I feel my students would flourish in an environment where students have ready access to technology and I'm able to attend the needs of every student.
