This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Engineering and Technology is one lesson in the curriculum, but student loves to build and create with their hands. Allow students to use their brains to be creative and problem solve, while also having fun with LEGOs.

They do not have the same opportunities as children in neighboring districts, and I want them to have those opportunities.

I want them to come to school and have fun, and learn at the same time. These engineering opportunities will enhance problem-solving skills, spatial awareness, and fine motor skills. My students are enrolled in a dual-language school, learning both Spanish and English.
