This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

What I love most about my students is their boundless creativity and excitement to learn through creating. They come into the art room eager to express themselves, try new things, and turn everyday materials into something extraordinary.

Each student brings a unique perspective, and art gives them a voice they might not have in other subjects.

With access to storage and basic supplies like paper, erasers, sharpeners, markers, and drawing books, they can fully participate in hands-on learning that fosters imagination, problem-solving, and confidence.

These resources will allow my students to explore their ideas, learn essential fine motor and visual communication skills, and take pride in creating something that's truly their own.
