Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students would greatly benefit from a variety of sports supplies, including balls, cones, jump ropes, pinnies, and other basic equipment. These materials will allow us to lead structured physical activities that promote teamwork, coordination, and social-emotional growth. With the right tools, we can introduce engaging games that help students stay active, follow directions, and build positive relationships with their peers. Many of our students thrive with hands-on learning, and physical activity gives them an outlet to release energy while reinforcing important skills like cooperation, patience, and communication.

The goal of this project is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and succeed.

By offering organized team-building games and activities, we aim to boost confidence, develop leadership, and improve physical health. Our students are energetic, curious, and eager to learn in ways that go beyond the classroom. They are special because they come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique strengths to our learning community. With access to these sports supplies, we can give every student a chance to grow, shine, and feel like a valued part of the team.
