When my students saw the kinetic sand they were so excited and immediately asked to start playing with it. They are very hands-on and at first did not even use the tools, rather they just \"played\" in the sand. Since it was so new to them, I used it as one of their center rotations so everyone had an opportunity to play with and experiment with the kinetic sand. \r\nSince first opening it up, we use it daily during our Purposeful Play time and the conversations they have while playing with it are super fun to listen to.
