Jaegar Resistance Bands are highly rated and an important part of our daily practice warm ups and game day warm ups. These baseball resistance bands offer an athletic workout leading to increased velocity and speed by strengthening their shoulders and arms. Using these bands often will increase stamina, minimize injury and aid in arm recovery.
Our baseball program prioritizes building foundational skills and strengthening stamina to improve our skills.
The Jaegar bands also come with a laminated instruction sheet to guide your workouts, including a specific chart for pitchers. Having resistance bands for our warm ups will help get our athletes warmed up and ready for game days!
