This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our Boys Club is more than just an after-school program, it's a safe space where boys can build friendships, boost confidence, and see positive male role models in supportive, non-traditional roles. We aim to help our boys grow emotionally, socially, and physically through play, mentorship, and movement.
To support this mission, we’re requesting workout and sports equipment, including soccer balls, basketballs, cones, and agility gear.
These resources will allow us to engage students in structured physical activities that encourage teamwork, leadership, and healthy habits.
With your support, this project will promote healthy physical activity through fun and engaging sports play. Encourage social-emotional development through team-building and positive peer interaction and provide students with a safe, empowering environment guided by a strong male role model
Many of our boys don’t have access to recreational equipment or spaces outside of school. Your generosity will give them an outlet for movement, expression, belonging, and show them that they are seen, valued, and supported.
