Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are eager, courageous and inspired to learn. They love to come to school they are ongoing and determine not leaving out how hungry they are for knowledge. They are flourishing in a loving and welcoming environment where they feel secure. I love to inspire my students with hands-on activities letting them see me their teacher model and describe what we are discussing.

My students live in a low property area all students receive free lunch.

Our resources are limited.

My Project

I am requesting these reading materials to help build my students self-esteem and ensure that they maintain a positive out look about themselves.My students can not read but they can listen to me read to them and encourage them to be the best they can be.

This donation of book resources and supplies will open the students thoughts and influence positive thoughts as well about themselves.

Students needs to feel that they can do anything they put their minds to do and have high expectations for themselves, and having these stories read to them will help encourage them to model what they have heard read to them.
