Help me give my students the love for reading by having these must have library books!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. A's classroom raised $206

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Taking a looking inside my district, specifically, my classroom, you will meet smart, enthusiastic boys and girls who are ready for a change in education. We also encounter students who recently migrated to the states that battle daily through their language barriers.
Statistically, more than 90% of my students have the right equipment to stretch their educational future.
These students' families are low income, immigrant families most living in a single apartment with as many as five people. Many students take school to be their home. Unfortunately, they come from families that work long hours to sustain their families.
My Project
These books will create a print-rich classroom for every student that walks into my classroom. My classroom's library is brand new and growing and I want to build an environment that my students will enjoy. These books will be placed in my library and will open new adventures to all students. All these books have been chosen with a goal to build empathy, community, and above all, love.
Building a classroom library based on student interest will allow them to read independently at grade level.
I believe it is the best way to increase reading ability and interest. These books will grow stronger readers and will enrich their experiences with printed words!
