My Project
I’m excited to create a space where my students can gather to read independently and discover a love for reading. Currently, I don’t have a classroom library, and I’m eager to build one that encourages students to explore different genres—whether they’re drawn to graphic novels or chapter books. I want them to feel empowered to choose books that match their interests and reading levels, fostering a joy for reading that will last a lifetime.
By adding these books to our classroom, I can provide my students with the opportunity to immerse themselves in new worlds, ideas, and stories.
The excitement they feel when they pick up a book is contagious, and I’m eager to build on that excitement by giving them more options to dive into. Helping them access books that truly interest them will be the key to encouraging a lifelong love of reading and enhancing their literacy skills.
