This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
When I was in school, organization wasn’t something explicitly taught in textbooks or lessons. Yet, as an adult, I realize how essential it is for success. Many students struggle with keeping track of materials, and without guidance, they may never develop strong organizational habits.
In my classroom, I want to provide a structured, efficient learning environment where students can easily access what they need.
Storage pouches will help keep small group learning materials organized, making transitions smoother and maximizing instructional time. Larger bins will store math manipulatives and other hands-on resources that aren’t part of the current lesson, keeping our space clutter-free and ensuring students can find materials when needed.
By modeling organization and providing clear systems, I can help students develop lifelong skills they aren’t explicitly taught in school. With your support, I can create a classroom where students not only learn academic content but also gain essential organizational skills that will benefit them far beyond the classroom.
