My Project

Reading is the most important skill a student can master, and helping students learn to enjoy reading is one of the best gifts a teacher can give. I believe that having a variety of book genres in my classroom will keep students interested, intrigued, and excited to read each day.

This is my first year as a teacher, and right now, I only have a few lower-level books from my student teaching semester in first grade.

Your generosity will help me build a classroom library that offers stories and topics for all my readers, giving them a strong start and helping them discover the joy of reading. Thank you for considering supporting our classroom!
