Help me give my students an opportunity to grow and development outdoors. We are fortunate to have beautiful weather almost all year long and students love playing outside. The jumbo blocks will support their development while being outside.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The jumbo building blocks will foster my students fine motor and gross motor development. The blocks will encourage social emotional development because students will build collaboratively. It is a great opportunity for students to work on turn taking, sharing and team building.
The jumbo blocks will be great for ALL students!
We have some students who love to run and be active and easily make friends, while others are shy and prefer to play and build during outdoor time. The blocks will give all students a chance to play together and interact in various ways.
Blocks are great for student development, it fosters their cognitive growth as well as their physical development. The jumbo blocks will have such a positive impact on the development of our students.
