My Project
In my self-contained classroom, I’m always inspired by how much my students want to help and take part in daily routines—but many of them lack the skills they need to do so independently. This project is focused on building those skills through structure and organization.
Clear containers will help students see exactly what’s inside, while colored masking tape will be used to color-code items like computers, charging wires, notebooks, and folders—making it easier for them to keep track of their own materials.
A tall bookshelf will store our learning games so students can easily access them during center time.
These tools will not only keep our classroom organized but also empower my students to take ownership of their learning, boosting their confidence and independence every day.
