This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

What better way to love reading than to fall in love with the characters. In my kindergarten class every month I introduce a new book series. This year I would love to include the main characters in each series as a reading buddy for my students.

Kids learn to love reading because they love these engaging characters that they can relate to and make connections with.

There is nothing more exciting than the start of a new month in my kindergarten classroom cause the kids find out what author/characters we will be meeting.

Please help to support this project for my students! Reading is my favorite thing to teach my students and these book series I know for a fact aid in their love for reading each year.
