My Project
Providing students with incentives are a major motivation to ensure that students are performing academically and behaviorally. Today in schools, giving students the opportunity to receive extrinsic or intrinsic motivation is effective because it motivates and encourages students in multiple different ways. My name is Marrietta Wider, the Behavior Interventionist at a Title One school in South Carolina. Serving at a Title One school in South Carolina, student behavior has been a challenge in several schools. Being in the position to help stop behavior, it is one of my goals to ensure that I do everything in my power to help change student behavior.
I believe that students should pose positive behavior in all areas of the building (classroom, lunch, related arts, etc).
When it comes to thinking about the students I serve, I believe all the students I serve can and will learn giving the opportunity. When it comes to their behavior, I believe they love for their behavior to be celebrated. Help me celebrate them!
