This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Clubs are an opportunity for students to expand their interests. Unfortunately, our students are sharing small piles of LEGO in groups of 2-3. In the words of one of my kiddos, "Army men aren't even LEGO!" Many of the pieces are spare parts left over from kits that make no sense or can not be used with other pieces.

I think it would be so awesome to give these kids the materials they need to maximize their creativity during club time.

These materials were picked by a group of students who are LEGO fans (the plural of LEGO is NOT LEGOs, btw). Please help me make this possible for my club!
