This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Phonics is a huge part of the second grade curriculum. It's an important fundamental skill that they will not have the opportunity to develop in the upper grades. The upper grades focus more on comprehension and vocabulary development.
Second grade is their last chance to focus and enhance those skills.
With this Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards, I am going to purchase phonics slides that are designed to build their phonics skills. The slides starts with letter sounds and build to letter clusters and syllables. Thank you so much with your support.
